Need help regarding Disc brakes altration !!!

I've a yamaha rxz with yamaha gladiator's dics brake assembly installed. It's calliper is not working fine as it should be.
I'm thinking to replace it with bajaj pulsar's calliper. Is it possible to replace it directly ot it'll need any kind of modification.
