Squealing noise is due to the dust on the pad and the disc itself. Everyday before using the bike just wipe the disc and see whether the sound disappears.

To stop brake fluid leak, you have to follow these steps, but if you do it personally you need some basic tools, a good long handle Philips head screw driver, a bottle of brake fluid, a transparent pipe, and an 8-9 size ring range.

1) Open the container lid with the Philips head screw driver, you will find two layers after removing the cap, a white plastic cap & a rubber gasket. Inspect the gasket properly, check for any cracks, if found replace it. If OK, then go to the next step.

3) Now put the rubber gasket in its place, check all the side area, it should sit properly, otherwise it will leak again, place the white plastic cap and metal lid accordingly and tight the two screw properly.

4) Go for a test ride and feel the brake, if feel spongy, then you need to bleed the system. We will talk about air bleed later stage.

Do it yourself and let us know.

Thanks dude, but i changed my pads just one month ago and are good.Thats why I asked about the fluid level.

Thanks for the instructions dude, my mechanic also specified that the rubber gaskit's worn. I tried with bajaj spares but they only got head seal units and they say if leak is the problem i need to replace the entire disc set which will cost me 1500-2000 bucks :O
So
Does any shop provide rubber gaskits as spare?

Also if I replace the head seal unit can I stop the leak?

The break is providing adequate stopping power even without necessary fluid but does braking w/o adequate quantity of fluid causes any damage to brake kit?

Nio, you dont need to replace the whole disk setup, try search for the rubber gasket. That will solve your problem

If its is leaking near the bolt which is used to drain the fluid, remove that bolt and check whether the thread has worn out, if it is good replace the washers it comes with two washers.

if it is from the pipe check the pipe closely for some cracks.
