bike is pulsor 220f.i got these colours riding it for about 400 kms.bike current air/fuel setting is 3 turns.(360).....so just want to know lean or rich..

Your plug is clean and this means you are running normal. Had it been rich, you will see gummy residue all around the electrode. Had it been lean, you will see reddish brown residue all around.

2.5 to 3 turns is optimal setting and that plug looks normal."A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel."
