    2T Oil + Diesel
Is it a good working alternative to WD40, for general lubrication, rust prevention, electrical contacts?
Any risk of fire after applying?
    Kindly reply
I love bajaj. Just not its hair oil, engine oil & lighting.

I remember watching on youtube, a mechanic applying anti-corrosion grease to electrical contacts (esp unions). He also recommended epoxy on the outside for stopping water from entering inside. It was a Pre-Delivery-Inspection video.

I'm not sure if anti-corrosion conductive grease for electrical unions/joints is available in India.

NO-OX-ID electrical contact grease prevents the formation of corrosion deposits & keeps metals free from rust & corrosion. Buy electrical conductive lubricant now!

why are you using diesel? better buy grease from a local spare part shop and use it on electrical parts or simple engine oil will do too. clean the thimbles with clothes and apply it.

for chrome/engine parts i will suggest to use WD-40 or with engine oil apply it all over parts which are suspecitble to rust and then rub it off with a clean cloth.do this every fortnight. if this doesnt help better get the chromed parts rechromed with more layers of chrome and for chassis/fork legs etc get them repainted/touched up to prevent spreading of rust to other parts.

my bike's Silencer caught Rust and usual engine oil method didnt work effectively. had to look around many shops and got Wd-40. it is excellent stuff for rust removal.
