Making a Pulsar 150dtsi into a Pulsar Classic
I have owned a puslar 150 dts-i ug-3 since 2011 ,now that i want to get a bit more out of the beautiful machine i want to go for a downgrade and install manual speedos and round headlamps on my ug-3 just to cut the costs in maintaining the sensors which costs a fortune and functions are unsatisfactory!! moreover i found that the generation of pulsar with rounded headlamps to have more appeal than the ug-3!! i have consulted my regular mechanic for this mod and his reply about this mod was unsatisfactory..so please help me out with the parts i need to replace to get this mod done correctly along with the estimated cost

Go to a proper mod shop rather than your local mechanic. Try finding the headlight assembly and the instrument cluster either online or at Bajaj spare parts center. Once you get the parts, either install it yourself with the help of videos on Youtube or get it done by a professional who will charge you for labor only if you can provide him with the parts.
