    200 piston cylinder kit in pulsar 180ug4

    Hai.. Friends..am here to ask help for my pulsar 180 ug4-2010 model. Basically same engine like pulsar 200 without kicker.current odo reading-96,000 kms.coming to the point, it feels like time for a piston change. What about going for a p-200 cylinder piston kit. Is it a direct fit. Also heard like 220 cam shaft is good in 180. Need all ur suggestion here as soon as possible.

      Yea u can go for the p220 bore and piston but check the connect rod cuz it'll have to bear more compression and also install p220 carb then only the bike can work smoothly without choking and also install the oil cooler it'll help u

        Ask Rahul Moshal, he rides a P220 which used to be a P180.

          The 200/220 block wont fit the 180 case. You have to shave the cases a bit in order to fit the block. Yes, you can go for the 220 camshaft but make sure the valves dont hit the piston due to increased lift.
