Impulse hunt inAhmedabad

Hello
I want to start a project in which I want to place a FI engine on the Impulse frame.
Why: to have a powerfull offroader in less bucks.
Living in Kalol near Ahmedabad.
Any advice like where to get the frame, the right engine for the project, a good mechanic, amount of cost to be incurred, etc will be very appreciated☺
