Help me.....I owns pulsar 200ns...I have problem in engine ....my engine crankshaft breakdown 2 times.....n now also ....I have to changed now also.....what is the problem???...y it is so....plzz help

I owns 200ns pulsar....the problem is DAT.....I have change crankshaft 2 times...now the problem is same again .....I have to change again .....y it break downs very easily ......I have wastage money in y....how to resolved this ....m tired now....plzzz help -

Ok, relax and calm down, We'll try getting to the root of the problem.
Check if your oil leaked from somewhere... Secondly, check if there is visible damage on the crankcase.
Also, please share more details as to how this happened. Suddenly or slowly, and with what symptoms? Also, if the bike was new or second hand.
Please also post photos from your camera/ mobile phone of the crankcase and if possible, the crankshaft itself.---

Crankcase is good.....no oil leakage ........no coolent leakage in engine too....I can't get the problem y I had to changed crankshaft ....after getting new crankshaft ...no guarantee when I had to changed ...it occur problem when I drive in 8-9 rpm again...help outComment

what do exactly mean by crank shaft breakdown, crankshaft is a robust part, which actually takes the entire load, it can not break down so easily so many times.
tell us what exactly u mean by crankshaft break down, its symptoms, and what actually happens.

Princesirohi...bro......crankshaft did not last for month ....engine don't get start ...when this problems come ....I have change the block too ...but same issue occur ....changed three times crankshaft ....y this occur ...mechanic r saying DAT giving poor crankshaft to pulsar 200 ns by pulsar ...my frens too facing this problems in there 200ns....y ....m now goona put 200 KTM duke crankshaft ..is it possibleComment

Connecting rode becomes lose ....crankshaft .....this is what I meant ....issuing me the problem..changed 3 times ....plz help meAttached FilesComment
