  • Need Help For Seat Cover.

    Hi,

Recently purchased Duke 390, i find the seat cover of the 390 to be of very cheap quality. It ha already started showing signs of wearing out and has started tearing from the edges. Just wanted to know if any ready made seat covers are available in the market or is it better to get the existing fabric changed with better ones.

    Thank You.

Topic Approved. Moved to Help Section.

The stock Duke seat may be hard but it didn't quite wear out for me. Could it be possible that it was given with another cover on top of existing seat? Could you share pics?

The seat of the Duke is indeed very hard especially for long touring I almost find it impossible to ride with it. I had put these additional Gel seats and they made a hell ot of difference in the comfort.

      Hope this helps.

It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!

              Hello brother,

just a suggestion if you are aware of custom made seat cover and if there is a good seat maker go to him and tell him what you want.

Always do some bargaining. I have a Hero puch and i could not find a seat cover of it in Local Market. So i went to a seat maker and he agreed to make the seat cover at Rs 200/-. And he made it between 25-30 minutes so if you want it that way you can Always visit a good seat maker.
