    Query Approved
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Wow... It would be a real uphill task. Try on fb parts groups like spareswala etc. I doubt you would find any help on xbhp. Still i will try to locate some parts locally. There is one lml graptor in my locality. I will ask him about where sources parts.

        Hello Bibhu.

I know it is a hell of task to procure these parts. I am searching for these parts from a long long time but no luck.
My bike is running in a pretty decent condition but i dont want to get stranded someday in the middle of the road.

I have one more question if you can help. as websites show the piston diameter for my bike is 61mm and for the apache 160 rtr its 62.5mm so can i put apache's piston in my bike after doing boring and honing.? as the gudgeon pin fits and the piston height is same as mine.
will this setup can be reliable.?

If piston skirt length is same then i suppose you can use it. However, at an increase of 1.5 mm, you are talking about a 6th oversize, so even if you are able to do it, the bore wall would be at its end and would be paper thin. The set up would run very hot and if it siezes you wont be able to do anything else other than throwing away the block. Its better to search for the next os piston.

ok i understand your point but no other pistons are close enough to my bore size and finding next oversize piston is almost impossible as i have already contacted with lml authorized service center and they didn't even recognize this as a lml bike. i have also heard about re sleeving piston block. can it be done on my bike, if yes then what is the procedure.?

Sleeving is only a last resort and shouldnt be done ideally. Try posting about your requirement on fb parts groups like spareswala etc. I will ask locally if graptor piston is avialable.
