I have a Pulsar which I bought from Bangalore. I do not live in Bangalore anymore, the m/c has been sitting at my parents house in Kerala. It doesn't get used at all, and is slowly falling apart, so figured should sell it. My brother used it for a bit (not anymore).

I do not want to sell or give the m/c away without doing the proper paper work, especially since I am not around.

I have read about the NOC procedure online, which lists the documents, but it mentions, that I need to personally present the documents to the RTO office. This is very hard as I have no reason to go to Bangalore.

Is there an alternate method to obtain the NOC ? Can I submit an application at the RTO office in Kerala (which I highly doubt I can). Are there any (trusted) agents in Kerala that can help out ?

I can probably sell the m/c to someone who lives in Bangalore, but I would rather not do this, as I don't want to take the risk for the amount of money I would get for it.

So if anyone has information on how I can obtain the NOC from the Karnataka RTO, without making the trip there, please let me know.
