ct 100 bore faild ?... white smoke

    ct 100 bore faild ?... white smoke

    i have 2004 model ct 100 4 months back off bored in rural area now white smoke is coming need to clean spark plug (every 10 -12 km) and low mileage (47-50) with care full driving ( (in bore time bore cutted 0.75 size & over size piston used) )
    local mech said 0.75 cutting is problem ... cause low mileage & bore is faild ?...
    what is solution for it .... im planning to travel city (100 km ) for new cylinder block kit ....
    only changing block kit is solve the problem & need to change valve kits and any other .....
    im in confusion plz give witch part to be replace .... in low budget......(ihave spent last time 3200/-)

      A new bore kit, piston & rings
      New cam chain and a little lathe work on the head (Valve laping) if needed would be enough to put your bike back into form.

        How much durable or reliable engine as compared to the stock one.effect in mileage

            valve laping means new valve kit or cleaned older one enough all head lathe work done before 4000 kms.....

              0.75 bore will always be unreliable because of too thin liner.

              Get new bore kit. It will come with bore piston and rings.

              Get new valves and polish the head.

              New bore kit costs Rs. 1750.

              New valves Rs. 398

              Packing and all some Rs. 200

              And get new engine oil.

              And the best thing is that ct100 has a very good crankshaft. So it rarely needs rebuild.

              But before putting new bore kit please check the connecting rod play. If its a lot then you have to do complete engine rebuild else the new bore kit will not last.

                i want to fit front disk brake for my ct100 how much it cost ... it can possible... i've seen some HH passon plus with front disk...
