For the past few weeks the clean air filter light has been blinking on the dash, so i decided to open up the air filter and check it. Once opened i see that the foam air filter has completely disintegrated and is falling apart.
Has the disintegrated foam gone through the wire mesh and further into the engine?
Could use some suggestions as what would need to be done to clean out the air filter box ad replace the filter.
