  • Lost power in pulsar 200 dtsi

Please guide me to resolve the below mentioned problems with DIY's.

    Model : pulsar 200 DTsi
    2008
    Digital meter
    Alloy wheels

    History : engine rebuild once
    Mileage : 47-49 city
    52-55 highway
Driving style : always below 50kmph
    @ 3k rpm (single rider)
    Odometer : 75k
    Maintenance : irregular

    Problem :
1)engine always heats up after few km run
    2) lost almost all power as compared to a 200cc engine
    3) heavy vibrations even at 2k rpm
    4) heavy abnormal sound (like a electric motor running)
    5) chain slacks in few days of tensioning
    6) as engine revs down there's some abnormal sound ( like fut-fut) from exhaust

    Observations :
    1) no smoke from exhaust
    2) can't even pull single rider on steep road
    3) oil cooler inlet and outlet always found in hot conditions
    4) no change in mileage
    5) filled with bajaj 10000+ engine oil but still engine heats up (week ago)
    6) refer attached pics for engine head oil leakages
    7) speedometer revs up normally but does not translate that into acceleration.
    8) exhaust pipe from engine has lost all of its chrome plating due to engine heat.
    9) main cylinder spark plug smeared with very little black oil and secondary spark plug was dry
    10) both the spark plugs found brownish in colour.

Before I take my bike to mechanic I wanted to clarify whether I am going to do the right repairs.

Also I am very much interested in DIY for above all problems.

Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!
