A good Mechanic for Royal Enfiled in Kollam
Hi,
Its been a long time since i have been writing to ask something, but his time i hope the post can be put to good use for myself and other RE owners here. I am from Kollam/ Quilon, southern district in kerala.
Have been a user of 1997 RE from 2003, and still counting. The bike has been used sanely but maintenance wise not on the good side as it was being used fairly low. kept away from sun and rain though. At first me and my brother planned on selling it a buying a Himalyan. On second thoughts, the quality of the new models are a joke compared to the older versions, so planned on keeping it and restoring back to its full glory.
The problem now is that, we cant really find a trustworthy mechanic to get the works done. I ask help from the fellow RE users here who are in and around Kollam(we are from pallimukk to be precise) to suggest me a person who can be trusted and hand over to. Hope not to visit him again and again. Attaching a pic of the bike which was bought in 2003 in the same styling.
