Wudn't it be better if we can have a sticky in this room, regarding paperwork.
What all is needed when selling a bike. What all is needed when buying a second hand bike.
How to transferr/renew insurance ? And how to get an NOC from a perticular state and so on !!

Also, can we prepare a core action team sort of a thing in every major city or something, for NOC work. Perhaps a team of 20 or so volunteers who can help others if they neeed an NOC for that state.

I for one am willing to volunteer for the bangalore team and anyone who needs NOC for a vehicle originally registered in Bangalore can perhaps approach me and I'll do anything I can !!
