HELP!!!!Piston seizures after rebore on 4 stroke!!

    HELP!!!!Piston seizures after rebore on 4 stroke!!

    So this is the first bore with a new piston.
    Yesterday I idled it for sometime and took it out for a break-in run but experienced multiple seizures as it warmed up!!!
    Also, sometime later lots of white smoke started coming from exhaust
    I got the rebore done because I faced same problem earlier too..
    Now I suspect that maybe oil is burning but the levels are not going down...
    Please someone help me with this issue!!!

      The bike is a yamaha libero from 2004
      It is a 105cc bike

        Can oil leak into the combustion chamber from the head gasket?

          This is common with run in of 2 strokes especially old ones like yezdi. If it happens in a 4 stroke it means your bore is not rebored properly and the liner is oval.
          Piston may run lopsided and heat up more leading to a seizure.
          My suggestion get a new bore kit and redo the valve oil seals too

            Thanks for your reply.
            I checked the valve oil seals and piston rings but could not find any issue with them.
            I do know that the oil is entering from the gasket which I replaced two times but cannot get the oil to stop.
            The seizures are just because the piston rings are not seated yet and I did notice that the seizures are getting less and less after every ride.
            My main issue now is the oil leakage.

              I was thinking if I could fit the stock ybr125 cylinder kit on this bike. Any suggestions please 😀😀
