Guys.. yesterday I felt the steering stem getting detent at 3 positions left, right and straight positions, ie no free movement. One guy advised to replace cone set.. but i went to another mechanic he adjusted the bearing little looser side using the special nut
(picture attached). is this method good to go?
After that i felt steering very good moved smoothly.. my question is, whether it is really worth replacing the cone set?
