Me and one of my friend ordered some parts from the site. A bit slow in delivery but reasonably priced. I could not find some parts here in Bangalore so ordered them from the site. Fits perfectly.

That site is okay, doesn't cheat as per my experience. I bought 5-6 parts for my Karizma ZMR. I got what I saw on the website. The brand of the parts is shown clearly in the product details page.

I ordered (paid in advance) a Bosch twin electrode spark plug also, but they sent me a regular, simple bosch spark plug suitable for karizma zmr. They said that the twin electrode one is out of stock everywhere, I verified it with other sites and xbhp also. Also, there was hardly any difference in the price of that twin electrode one and the one I got, hence there was no point in arguing or shouting fraud fraud. I have kept that spark plug for future replacement.

I mean to say that, they MAY NOT have some parts in stock (even though the site shows it as IN STOCK), and they MAY send you a similar part in such case. Try to talk to them in advance about your required parts. The customer care number is mostly active, a punjabi guy answers the phone and is quite professional in handling requests, he didn't ever talk to me rudely or ignored me.

In that same prepaid order, I had ordered a ignition coil for my ZMR. I didn't see the webpage properly. The product page clearly showed SWISS brand, but I didn't notice it, I assumed that they are providing OEM genuine ignition coil. When I received the coil, I took it to me trusted mechanic who told me not to get it installed as swiss is a cheap, useless brand. I told the same to safex customer care and requested them for a return and agreed to pay the shipping cost myself. But they POLITELY declined my request via mail, saying that I should have seen while ordering and they have delivered the exact product what they showed on site.

I don't hold them guilty for not accepting the return, it was my own carelessness. But I told you this to illustrate that safex guys are not like Amazon, myntra etc, they won't accept a return without solid reasons.

NOTE: Make a VIDEO OF UNBOXING while opening their parcel, in case you don't get what you ordered. I do it frequently with ebay orders, and I have successfully forced the sellers to refund me quickly because I had a video proof in case the product was defective/not as ordered.

please dont buy anything that they claim to be oe , you will be disappointed, yes i have bought some parts from them for my cbz , they pack the arts very well with multiple layers of bubble wrap

I bought a Yamaha RXZ Headlight Stay, They mentioned it as OE, didn't had any company sticker, Product Quality is awesome,Also the packing is very well.
