Hi everybody, i have a Yamaha Rx135 4 speed. brought it second hand. few weeks back i had a problem - my bike would suddenly stop after it ran for 2-3 kms at around 80+ kmph and it refuses to start. altough it starts after a lot of kicks and outer cleaning of the spark plug. but i wonder whats the matter within? also my 2t oil tank is leaking should i mix oil with petrol and ride.
need your help guys...

Hey buddy can u ellaborate as per if the bikes stop when u speed up or even at lower speeds...... did u check if the air intake section of the filter which is above right hand side of the battery clear of any obstacles.... and since how long ur 2T Oil tank is leaking and yeah I would suggest you to mix the 2T Oil in petrol tank till you get your 2T Oil tank fixed..... and hows the sound of the engine....????
and where in delhi do you live??

Replace the oil tank immediately. Small price to pay.
On the face of it, it looks like your bike's carb is running too rich and perhaps the oil flow (from the pump) is set too high. Getting your carburetor cleaned and set is your first step.
is the engine dying out while doing speeds of 80kmph? are you sure that the oil is flowing properly? are you getting any noises from the engine?
remove the 2t oil tank ,keep it safe and enjoy mixing oil with petrol. and regarding the engine dying out, make sure its not seizing. go to a trusted mech ask him to clean the carb, clean the air filter, remove the bore and check the piston and piston rings.
