Re: R15 manual book
Topic Approved.
Khushwant, modifying your R15 to increase its cc is a decision that may go right or wrong...
Few years ago, we had a member on Xbhp forums "Joel" who was a tuner, and he used to sell (among other tuning parts) "Big Bore" kits for some bikes, which worked by fitting a bigger block piston kit, thus increasing the cc...
For some owners, it went well. For others, they faced problems and I'm not sure if each and every affected customer got replacements for seized parts..
Do check these threads in detail before deciding:-
I too had a big bore Pulsar "208" (it was 180 actually). It seized once. Got replacement, then it went ok.
You may check this out too, but I'm not sure how reliable this is:- UMA Racing 195cc Big Bore Cylinder Kit - Yamaha YZF-R15/R125/MT-125
Remember, Xbhp does not recommend or motivate you to modify your machine. It is risky and your machine may seize too.

As far as workshop manual is concerned, you may find them in the below links..:-

I hope this helped you.---
