    Classic 500 - Stops when put in gear

    Hi,
    My bike starts in neutral but switches off when put in gear. Thought it was a side stand sensor issue and disconnected it to no avail.

    Any idea what the problem could be?

    What do you feel when the bike turns off? Do you feel a jerk? Then, it could be a clutch wire issue.

      Turned out to be a malfunctioning relay.
      Had to do a lot of pushing though.
