How do i dispose my old bike
Hi i have a 2001 model splendor. Which i am not using and rusting away. Unfortunately i am in mumbai and it is a TN registered bike so could not do the FC after 15 years. I just want to dispose of the bike, even if i don't get any money out of it. Is there anybody who will take it for scrap?Tags: None

Topic Approved.
Scrap dealers will ensure that your bike goes on to recycling and will become useful.
I know you said that you don't need the money, but why not try to give the bike a home instead of a recycling station?
The best choice is that you post a good deal on Olx/ Quickr and sell off the bike to a TN resident, preferably one moving from Mumbai to TN...
So, better post an ad in the mumbai location of olx.
If you post an awesome deal like Rs. 1000-2000 or so, expect the deal to close in few hours or 1-2 days.Last edited by Samarth 619; 03-24-2018, 01:35 AM.---

ashokr154 Well if you want to sell it to anyone first get an NOC issued from that state else if there is an accident you will be in trouble even the challans will be in your name and if you want to scrap go to any scrap place like mayapuri in Delhi I don't know about Mumbai and get the bike cut in front of your eyes and remove the VIN, engine number, chassis number and just them safe so that you do not get into trouble in future. Please do not sell it to anyone without getting an NOC issued.Last edited by revvharder; 05-07-2018, 09:18 AM.
