  • Pulsar 200 NS wheel wobbling issue

    Hi,

Its been over 7000 Kms and my bike seems to wobble at low speeds (Below 40 KM/h). Its more like a snaking effect.
I have been visiting the service center nearly every week since March 1st week , but its also not very helping as they can't find the exact issue.
I am using the EURO Grip tires with recommended pressure.

Can anyone help me on this ...

    Topic Approved.

Snaking effect would mean someone bumped your alloy wheels and they're bent. Or the tyres.

You have to visually inspect them before we proceed towards finding the reason...

What do you find on visual inspection of both wheels?

Also, are the tyres in line with the wheel seam?

Visually , it looks fine. Even the service center guy is saying everything is fine, It may be the issue with front Tyre and need to check with Eurogrip shop. The eurogrip guy is telling it may be the issue with rear Tyre and needs to be changed and it is not under warranty as it have crossed 3K Kms .
It all started after I accidentally bumped into a dog and fell down. I got my left handle piece and crash guard replaced and I got the fork bent removed.

Try Turning your handle at standstill, Full Turn on both the sides see if there is any play in the Handle. Or Just Press your Handle bar holding the Front brake like checking the Front Suspension, if you find that your handle bar has any minor movements while doing so, the probability that your handle isn't tightly assembled to the Front Forks. Even if you don't find any play or movement with your handle bar, just ask your SVC guys to check the Front fork and Handle bar assembly is tight enough. There is a chance that the Fork might not have been assembled well after the Fork bend repair. Usually this wobbling effect happens after the Fork Bend Repair. This Happened to me and i got it checked earlier, may be even you have the same problem. Hopefully this helped.

Dear, I've been using 200ns for Quite a while now. The problem came to me too but after I bumped my front wheel into a huge pothole at Delhi and went through the same ordeal as yours. Now, I must say that am trying my level best to get some spoke wheels for front section of my 200ns. That's a real problem with any bike having alloys. They bend and lose the tyres from side walls. That's what calls for wobbling effect. I got mine repaired to the last effect but it never back to glorious factory finish and still has a jump to it. So am left to driving on straights at 80+ KMPH.
