  • P220 carb upgrade

    Hello!

I fitted a k&n ba 2201 stock replacement filter onto my 220(2016), and somehow I ended up with a larger carburettor in it!

It is a 200ns' carburettor which is 33mm (p220 was 32). It is slightly offset (rotational) to match the air outlets' of the 220.

    Now my questions are..
    1. How good is the set up without an FFE?
    2. I haven't tuned it yet, so what are the average turns one should prefer for the ns carb?
    3. Will I face any reduction in power? (Torque has marginally increased)
    But most importantly,
    4. The 220 carb had an autochoke motor, two pins. The ns however has what seems like a potentiometer in its place, three pins. What does it do? What is it used for? NS has manual choke!

And that's just a random photo of my bike! [emoji869]Click image for larger version
