    Selling a new bike, haven't recieved smart card yet.

    Hey everyone,
    I have purchased a bike to learn how to ride in march. Due to local elections RTO was closed and I just got my number plate a few days ago. The person at RTO said, I need to wait a month or so for the smart card (RC book). But I want to sell the bike earlier than that. Is it possible to do so without a smart card?
    Can someone tell me the procedure? It'd be of great help. Thanks

    Find out if you can get the name of the owner transferred at the RTO without the RC book. If you can then sell, if you can't then wait.
