  • 1 week old X-Blade's kick not working

    Hi.
I bought a newly launched honda x-blade a week ago. This morning i tried to start the bike with the kick for the 1st time. Surprisingly the kick was not working. I tried both in neutral n in gear. But no use. In neutral when i hit the kick, the bike behaved as if i tried to start the bike in gear without pulling the clutch. Please suggest what to do. Because i know if i visit the showroom, they wil try to convince me that the kick is for show only or they wil check the matter during 1st service.

Honda X-Blade Owners Reviews and Experiences

Bought my Honda X-Blade a week ago. Done around 260 kms til date. So far performance of the vehicle is good. Good riding comfort once u get used to the riding position. The bike feels big within yoir thighs. Mileage is around 40 to 42 kmpl ... hope wil improve after 1st service. And now lets talk about the looks. Its really an eye catcher in traffic. The head light especially makes the bike look awesome. I m 5feet 11 inch tall n i m quite comfortable with the riding position, but female may feel a lil difficult as the foot rests are positioned lil forward. My only concern about the bike is it may have body sound after a year or so as too much plastic is used on the bike. Though the quality of the plastic used is good. And I definitely miss the engine kill switch (all 4 bikes i owned before had this feature ). One thing i must say to the yamaha fz fans, yes the fz is much more agile than this . This bike has bigger turning radius than fzs, gixxer or apaches. If u want a good commuter with latest styles, good mileage n good power, u can definitely go for the honda x-blade.

    Thanks

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

      THE END

Maybe you should take it to a service center first. Dont simply assume they are going to say so and so....
