Im taking xbalde in 3 days ... My question is how to maintain the bike for higher mileage.. and how often should I service a Honda bike...and suggest me gloves and helmet..... My budget is 2500₹ for both... And it should be good for summer cum winter....

Xblade should be a good bike. Keep the bike in the right gear, as high gear as possible, without stalling or engine getting stessed.
Do the service as per the service book, but ensure the first service gets done as early as recommended.
For Helmet and gloves, since you said both in Rs. 2500, I would suggest Studds Shifter or (the lowest model of) Axor and Probiker gloves without the finger cuts.
I would still suggest you increase your budget of riding gears...---
