  • engine dying while riding

Hi, I am new here on xbhp!!!
Last Sunday while riding suddenly bike engine stop in middle of high-way in late night around 1 am (same way bike engine stop when we run out of fuel but there was half tank fuel) I tried to self-start but just I was able to hear sound of spark no sound of engine crank then I turn on parking light and found symptoms of dead battery(horn wasn't working then in few minutes parking light stopped working). After few kick start bike started again but every another kilometre engine was dying and after few kick start engine was turning on. After few hours sunrise and I reach nearest village there I checked battery with help of mechanic and he told me battery is fine. He checked everything and said there is no problem. Next 6 days bike was running without dying but mileage drop-down to 30-KM (previously I was getting mileage of 60-KM) but today again when I was riding bike died. Here realise last Sunday it was raining when engine died then next 6 days there was no rain, today while riding suddenly rain started and within a 30 second bike engine dead. Please help me to find problem even I visit Suzuki authorised service centre they also said bike is perfectly fine there is no any problem(i don't trust Suzuki authorised service centre they don't know how electric choke work. My bike carburettor have electric choke and while installing it they didn't connect both electric wire in circuit )
    I have Suzuki access 125.
    Cc:125
    Body Type: scooter
Engine Type: single cylinder 4 stroke(SOCH)
Fuel delivery system: carburettor (ucal cv)(vm18-258 * i don't know what it means but found on ucal website)
    Fuel Type: petrol
    Transmission Type: automatic(CVT)

Get Ur Fuel Tank Checked see if there is possibility of water mixing with fuel , then get UR Carb cleaned with petrol and check the air filter too. Hope this helps.

Had same symptoms on TVS Wego this is how it was fixed.
