  • Pulsar 180 rough after a while, not going beyond 75 - 80

Hello guys!! I need some expert opinion for my pulsar 180. It's a 2011 UG4 model, clocked 35k. I've recently changed clutch complete, piston, cylinder as the engine had some issues and getting hot after running around 2km. Showed it to multiple mechanics however nobody could identify the real problem. As per their suggestion only changed all these parts however problem still persists. What could be the issue? Carburettor? Or accelaretor coil

Check with your carburettor the accelerator & clutch cables as well
Sometimes they get rusted out in the middle or gets blocked by debris

My ZMR has the same problem but after some serious checkup I found out that the accelerator B cable got rusted in the middle which is not helping in smooth acceleration

Also check for the brakes as well

      How are the clutch plates??
