    [Photo Feature]: Downshifting issue in hornet 160r

    Hi, my hornet has clocked 800 kilometers; today while downshifting from 5th to 2nd gear, my gears got stuck and didn't shift, my clutch cable setting is fine, how to overcome this problem. Please help

      Isn't this the 2018 version? I was hoping gear problems were taken care of in the newer model.

        Yes now after clocking 850 kilometers , it's resolved

          Actually the engine needs 1600 to 2000 kilometers for proper break in. This problems will be removed after completing 2000+ kilometers
