    Need Help Regarding Paper Works ?

    Recently I was planing on buying a 1987 Yamaha RX100 which is from Kolkata. Me too leaving in kolkata but all my address proof documents such as Aadhar Card & Driving License are of Jharkhand. Can name be transferred ? Because many of them are saying that the name cannot be transferred.

    If someone knows the procedure please suggest me.

    It can be transferred. Probably, you need NOC from the Jharkhand RTO, and of course, the sale deed to be done in Kolkata.

    I'm not aware of the entire procedure, but yes, inter state sale and transfer is 100% possible.
