I own a tvs feiro f2 and I want to do a few modifications ,

    1.put a mono shock suspension
    2.have an under seat exhaust
3.change the tyres and put some alloys
4.change the color of my bike
5.Need to install a self start system
    6.Digital speedometer

Thats it for now I dont know anything about how to do all this stuff and I need some suggestions regarding these modifications.
And one more think could any suggest a good mechanic in hyderabad who could help me in these modifications.

Fiero F2 is one of the better performing Engines from Fiero Family of TVS.....

Well the options that uve choosen are full of Cosmetic related ...except the Underseat Exhaust....

1 - Put a Mono SHock suspension - yes it is possible - would cost u more than 4000 to do this ---- welding job needs to be done by a good Welder....Mono Suspension for TVS Chasis is a little bit buffy .... i would ask u to rethink this idea....

2 - have an under seat exhaust - This will lead your engine breathing Problems --- u cannot driver her for long rides --- as engine will get heated a long ----and also since ur exhaust is underaseated --- pillion cannot sit comfirtably as Heat will Burn the pillion

3 - change the tyres and put some alloys - Nice option - go for the stock Alloys from TVS itself --- there is nothing more to tell as this is a style aspect

4 -change the color of my bike - Nice thought - but again make sure u somehow paint the bike in corelation with the Color of the bike mentioned in the RC Book

5 - Need to install a self start system - yes aftermarket self start systems are available and easily fittable

6 - Digital speedometer - can be done --- go for aftermarket Pulsars or Apaches speedo consoles.....i would recomment Pulsars console......

After all to do these modifications u have to spend deep ut pocket.....aroung 20,000 or more than that.....i would suggest u to go for a new Babe with all ur Likes --- instead of modifying your Old Horse.....

            HI

I can get these things done for U!!!
It'll cost U between 20-25k & Depends on how much More U want to spend.
U can go for some real high end stuff too but it'll not be worth to spend more than this.

              Hi Dhooom,

I can help you out with the Digital Speedometer. You can check out the RADON - Digital Display Unit at www.phitesla.com . It will fit in directly to your motorcycle and will give you a lot more features than a standard speedometer unit:

              - Digital Speedometer
              - Digital Tachometer
              - Gear Shift Light
              - Tripmeter
              - Engine Temp Gauge
              - Battery Volt Meter
              - All trafficator lights (Turn, Neutral, High Beam)

PM me if you are interested.

An image of the RADON installed on a SUZUKI SAMURAI:

              Regards,

^^^Intresting... but how does it get the input for things like oil temperature? You have to install some sensor?

Also, engine oil (2t) low indicator seems to be missing.

And where does the ignition lock go?

                  Hi Raccoon,
Here are the answers to your queries:
                  - The Engine Temperature is read by a sensor that is integrated with the engine bolt and easy to install
                  - Not all strokes have a low 2T indicator, hence this is a non standard fitment varying from bike to bike
                  - The ignition key is completely functional and has been located right below the RADON unit, near the front forks. The steering lock position has not been changed

^^^Well at least the Samurais and Shoguns have it. And it can be the thing that can keep an engine from seizing... so no getting into how important it is!

Nice idea about the temp sensor placement though.
