I have a Duke 200(2012 model) which has recently started immobolizer warning in display console. The rest of display is completely gone. All I can see is the immobilizer warning light. I went to svc and they said it's because of moisture due to rains and asked to get the display console replaced which costs around 8K(as they quoted). So, my only concern is does this immobilizer warning indicate the display console being completely dead? May be we can check for wirings first? What if it still not works after replacing the display? The KTM duke svc in noida just have one universal solution for every malfunctioning part - Change every connected part until the issue is resolved.
Need any knowledgeable person to guide me. If in last, I have to get the display console replaced, I can surely go for it.
Regards,
Ankur
