Re: Dominar heating
Topic Approved.
See, if any oil or other substance is leaking, specially over the exhaust (which gets hot while the bike is in use).
Secondly, check if any rubber part is touching the exhaust.
You might have to visually examine, by keeping your bike on the main stand, preferably at an elevated place, so you can have a better look.---

What else have you noticed in bike? I mean other than heating do you see red temperature indicator light?Originally posted by Iamcinephilia View PostI own Bajaj Dominar 400 ,I purchased on 14th Feb 2018 and second servicing is due ,but nowadays riding a small phase also ,my engine gets heated up and I feel burning sensation towards my seats and burning smell

Or any breathing issues? Most of the engines don't operate normal if hit up. It stalls if overheated.
If any of this isn't happening in your case then that feel and smell is normal.
Check coolent level and oil level. Many dom owners reported that the bike do smell after small ride in city with heavy traffic. Also check the radiator.Last edited by saorabbh; 09-10-2018, 01:59 AM."The Answer, My Friend,
