  • 200 NS Coolant issue.

    Hi Guys,

It's been a while since I put any post here.
Nowadays my bike has started showing a problem.
Coolant level is decreasing. No signs of visible leakage in and around bike.

    Checked lot of things.
    1. Flushed radiator 2 times.
    2. Checked if any head gasket leaks. None.
    3. Once it got mixed into engine oil, but it was due to O'ring seal in water pump. Changed those. Still level is decreasing.
    4. Fan is working, but it is weak. It's rotating but fan strength is very low Does that implies loss of coolant..?
    5. Only this to change in entire cooling system is the thermostat valve.

Refilled coolant number of times, but after 1 or 2 days level in reservoir goes down below minimum.

Don't go on the level of the expansion tank. It rises and falls as per the system needs. The level we see is the expansion tank indication. It would be a matter of concern if the level is still low when the engine is cool and at rest.
