  • My new Apache RTR 160 4v head noise

    Hi guys,
Please help me. I have a new RTR 160 4V. There is some kind of noise coming from head side. I went to showroom for service but those people are not rectifying my issues.
    What should I do?

noise!! what kind of noise, what dose it sound like like, dose it happen at idle or at accelerating, when do you hear is most. you need to write symptoms.

As for head noise chances are its tappet noise if you are heading like tik tik.

Years sure tappet noise also there and some different sound coming from head and cylinder left side when engine on heat

Iam suspecting scratches on piston and cylinder or cam shaft I think
                Why because
My bike high speed recorded before I taking
I spoke to showroom manager he sad it's testing ...
What is the pdi testing please clear me

Sit on ASC people head and dont leave until they solve your problem.
Threaten them that you would drop a mail to regional manager of TVS.
                        This trick works very well.

Ask your ASC to replace header under warranty .(as it's defective in just 3.5K kms)
