    Do go above 60kmph on a wide open road ,with proper riding gears to check.
    Sure I will do that tomorrow and share my experience here .and one more thing I forgot to mention here is if the bike lies unused for one day or for some hours the sound is reduced next time when I'm using the bike and reappears after riding the bike for sometime

      is it even after changing all these timing chain and tensioner?

            Update: plot twist here 2days before I gave the bike for service after sometime the mechanic called me and Said that bore is fine and in good condition .and he said that connecting rod has issues .
