if at the time of registration of your bike high security number plate was not made compulsory in uttrakhand ,then there is no need for it.in dehradun no body is checking them

not in dehradun ,but after 2-3 months ,i am shifting to gurgaon which may create a problem.

Get noc from your home state and change registration to ggn.

You are from Noida.
I am shifting to gurgaon/noida.
How are the cops in ncr? Anything against non usage of high security number plates there ,specially from a viechel registered in different state? I am from uttarakhand with a 2009 registered karizma R. At that time there were no high security number plates.
So i am thinking that shall i get a HSNP (which i dont want ,it spoils overall look of viechel)
OR my normal number plate would work,in which the number is written in proper format?
You must know that do you see bike running without high security number plates?

I will say strict no. As gurgaon cops are pretty vigilant for non hsrp. Better get noc n get ggn no. Plate. Noida - no 1 cares about red light jumping .... Number plate ?......... Well people drive without it as well.

I was in GGN from 2013 to 2016, Punjab registration without HSNP, never had any problem. Infact I was only stopped twice (on an avg once a year) that too when everyone was being stopped for checking Regn and driving licence.
