You haven't replied to this yet...please state the exact RPM you mean by low RPM. For someone who always lugs the engine, 5k RPM can be high and for someone who rips the engine, 5k RPM can be low. So please specify the RPM.

i had stunner 125cc. it was smooth in first 3 gears as well. but 200ns, i don't feel comfortable on first 3 gears. the bike vibrates a lot on first 3 gears

1st, 2nd and 3rd are gears; not RPM. RPM is mentioned like 3k, 5k. The NS lacks bottom end torque and demands to be kept above 4k RPM.

The RPM is seem from the tachometer seen in the middle of the speedo console.
The NS is definitely not a bike known for its smoothness.

I am guessing you got a problem your bike to be specific.
I own a 2012 200NS.

Looks like you are expecting too much from a single cylinder 200cc mill. You can pull the bike to 40 in the first gear, but that would put tremendous pressure on the engine and you'll end up totaling it. Mind that this is not a RE with insane torque to pull you from first. Always ride sensibly. And I don't see a reason why you want to ride at 40 KMPH in first gear itself. Unless you are drag racing.Also my bike can't touch even 40kmph in 1st gear. why so?

Dude ! Its a video. They test the limits. That doesn't mean you can ride at 52KMPH in first gear all day long. Sure you can pull the bike like a drag race but don't keep it as a habit. 2. Lack of opposing winds
3. Tire pressure up to mark and tires warmed up.
4. Chain slack in check with un-worn sprockets
5. Clean air filter
6. Clean carb
7. Fresh oil
8. Valve clearances in check
9. Just enough fuel
