  • Choosing Engine oil after engine rebuild

Hi Guys, I recently did an engine rebuild for my Pulsar 150 as its connecting rod had worn out. So the entire Engine was dismantled and assembled again. Can I use semi-synthetic oil now? Or should I use mineral oil for now?

I'd suggest you stick with mineral oil till first 2-3 services. Then you can go semi synthetic.

For how many kilometres do I need to use mineral oil ? I have already completed 1000kms after rebuild

I'd suggest you get one service for. Between 500-1000, then second one between 1500-200. Then you're free to use SS.
