Carburettor butterfly is worn out

My pulsar 150 UG4 2009 was idling near 1900 rpm. I replaced the throttle cable and cleaned the carb, but problem is not resolved. Recently, I found out that my carb's butterfly is worn out.

So does anyone know where I can find new carburettor butterfly because I went to A.S.S and they said we don't know.
