  • Throttle issue in Gixxer SF

I cleaned my UNI air filter yesterday. This is the model to be precise:

So after cleaning it, I installed it back. But when I accelerate fully, I feel there is a loss of power. Like if I fully accelerate, the noise increases, then the noise and power decreases suddenly, and then it's increased again. I then removed the air filter, put the bike in Neutral and accelerated again without the air filter, the issue was still there.

What could be the issue? The air filter is completely dry, so there is no issue with the filter.

You're running lean mixture, adjust carburetor.

        Doing that will work?

Did you oil the filter foam after cleaning it ? follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning & re-oiling it .
