Contact your Local RE dealer they would be able to get you one. it would be around 5K including the piston, but i would suggest you to for for a 500 Conversion with the same Head it would run a lot better than the 535 and with a better engine life

        Mageshwar,

A week ago, I was hanging around at my mech's and talk turned towards 535s. Apparently, 535 cylinder kits initially used to sell for 12-13k and has now come down to 8k change. I am not completely sure about the pricing but from what I hear, 535 cylinder kits are still expensive. Also, you need to take extra effort to maintain the 535 as the wear factor is a little higher as compared to the regular 500s. So, regular servicing and investing in a semi-synthetic oil like the veedol superswift or even a fully synthetic oil like petronas sprinta would be advisable. My two cents. Hope this helps.

        Cheers,
        Jay

          Hi mageshwar,

Buddy, I would support Deep's comment that you should look at the prospect of getting a cylinder kit of the 500cc cast iron engine. The engine life would be a lot more & the reliability factor would also increase.

Although if you would still prefer to go with a 535cc kit then they are quite expensive as a first, & also recently heard that they are going for around 11K, but not of very good quality. I am saying this, as per what I have heard from others but not a personal experience from some known.

          Take care.

          Happy thumping,
          Prakhar
