Till last few months it has been proved VFM for me with its 4 valve technology and the HT engine's performance, i was quite satisfied. But after a normal service at Kinetic's Hauz Rani showrrom the timing chain started making noises. Some time later i got the bike checked by different mech's at Karol Bagh and been informed that not only timing chain and the rings are also making noise and now the entire engine needs repair.
So i took the bike to a Mech in my colony and he had given me a list of spares to arrange before opening engine as there is spares problem with this bike.
Got all the stuff from the only supplier "Ambe Motors" Karol Bagh.
He got the head bored and repaired the bike and delivered me back after 3 days.
But the bike was still making too many noices, which when shown back to this mech, he said the tapets are loose as of now which will be tightened up after few kilometers.
Now the bike doesnt have any feel as it was earlier. But still driving to complete the break in process.
But suddenly one day while driving the bike start making too much of noice when i took it to the same mech he told me to leave the bike and he will check everything once again and will give it back tomorrow.
Next day was the day
when all the trouble started, as he showed me open engine and informed me that Piston is broken and crushed.
And he said this has happened due to the cheap quality of duplicate engine parts given by Ambee Motors.
After spending INR 8000 the bike is still lying at this Mech with opened Engine and i am so much confused
about where and what went wrong.Is it actually the fault of Parts or this mech is a wrong choice.
Pls suggest what can be done now. Either to look for a speciazed Kinetic mech or to again get parts from the same shop and get it repaired. Pls help me out with all ur experience..




wont be availible unless you know a kinetic dealer..the bike is still in production in sri lanka and korea..
