Can anyone guide me that how to overcome with gear related problems. It has happened many time during ride that while changing the gear it is getting stuck in middle of nowhere and after several tries the gear gets adjusted. Also there is a huge noise that comes while changing the gear. How should I fix this, need suggestions from your side..

Lube and clean the chain. Use good quality engine oil. Adjust clutch lever freeplay to company recommended specifications.Originally posted by Abhijit Jadhav View PostComment

Have you checked Rear Hub Shock absorber ? Worn and torn rear hub shock absorber makes trouble for Gear shifting even if pressing clutch for longer.Comment
