  • Roller weights

    Hi,
I have a first generation Access 125 scooter. I would like to find out the dimensions (diameter and thickness) and weight of the original variator rollers fitted to the Access 125. The current set (non original parts) have been changed and are slightly heavier than the original. Resulting in lower revs, acceleration and power, especially going up steep hills. Not interested in top speed as I rarely go over 50kph. I want to replace the rollers with some slightly lighter than original. The scooter is often ridden with a pillion and luggage.

I live the UK but spend 4 months of the year in Goa. I intend to buy a set of rollers in the UK and fit them when I get back to Goa in November. I have ridden Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki scooters and found the Access to be the best one by far. I have also ridden 350 and 500 Enfields but they are not as comfortable for the pillion and required a lot of clutch work and gear changes in Goa !! So I settled for the Access and fitted a luggage rack (I took the grab rail home to the UK and grafted on a rack).

Does anyone have a workshop manual for the Access 125 first generation, not the Owners Manual.
    Thank you,
    Neil
