  • FZ v2 front disc problem

    Hello senior xBhpians !

I am an owner of FZ v2 and I know all the basic things about the FZ.
Recently I had to change my front disc pad in scheduled maintenance so I changed the disc pad correctly.
But the front wheel is not rotating freely after changing the pads. Whereas previously, the wheel was free.
I have opened up the caliper and pistons and all are ok as I have greased them and cleaned them properly. Pistons are moving freely.
My senior says it is normal for few days for wheel to resist and after sometimes it will work freely.
So I want to know is it true or do I need to do something else. And also, I want to know what causes the disc to not move freely.
It would be very helpful for me.

    Thanks and Regards.

Usually, with the new disc pads, some noise is common and it goes away when the disc pads set in. The phenomenon of the wheel not moving freely should not happen, ideally that is.

its true, disk pad take some time to set in ,new pads will always grind against the rotor.
