  • Vibrations of Honda shine

I'm using Honda shine for last 3 years. Did competed 30k Kms so far. The bike is trusted wirkhorse. I even did lakadh tour in Same without any problem. Only problem with the bike is it vibrates like hell beyond 60kmph. Ride is not at all enjoyable post 60. All Honda shines (4 speed) has this problem. I have tried my hand on couple of other Honda shines.

Is there any technical adjustments can be done to reduce this. I'm not looking for a speed of 100kmph but even if I could be able to cruise at 75-80 on highway that will be quite a relief. I wish to use this bike for another 2-3 years before upgrade.

Use motul 5100, 10w 30. I have hero super splendor which used to vibrate after 60 kmph same as your's. After pouring motul it feels stressfree even in 80 kmph [emoji4][emoji4]

Also, use 80w 90 gear oil to lubricate your chain. Install heavy mirrors from apache, install bar end weights from apache, put small pieces of cycle tube in footpegs. Hope it helps [emoji4]
