A longer spring will definitely help as it will reduce the "sag" and thus improving the overall suspension travel.
I believe getting suspension components from Bajaj and Yamaha might be easy.

As per the link below the forks are 43mm on KTM which is the same on new Dominar400
    KTM: https://www.ktm.com/in/naked/125-duke/Overview
    Dominar: https://www.bajajauto.com/motor-bike...specifications

On the otherhand, CB300r has 41mm forks
    Honda: https://www.hondabigwing.in/Content/pdf/CB300R.pdf

Also I found the reference for springs used on KTM 125
I would rule out CB300r, its honda version of Duke.
Dominar is a likely option, its heavier weight is definitely managed by longer springs. And those will be direct swap.
    We have finally found something.
I'm going to search around and find out their price or try and source internal springs from older dominars.

I want to take a closer look at the dominanar forks.
If they match ktm i would swap the whole set.

Thats a good option, easiest by far. It might cost like 20k for the whole set.

However, the problem is, if they will be soft or mild enough for the Duke.
I do however like the colour of those forks. They look great.

I feel like this setup will definitely make it soft but it will not achieve my objective which is longer suspension travel. So far, pulsar 220 triple clamp with xpulse forks or dominar triple clamp with Himalayan forks is the most effective way to achieve longer suspension travel. It's my opinion

Although the fork travel on Himalyan is 200mm, its weight is 195KG.

The weight of a Duke is 148Kg. Which is very less. You might end up with a uneven bike with suspension that is too stiff.
If only we could get just the forks for real cheap and test out the configurations.

What you say is correct. We have to swap forks with something that weighs similar to duke.

This is too much of a headache, seems nigh impossible for someone who is under a tight budget and unwilling to take the risk if something doesn't go as planned. So with deep regret, i sold my fun machine, my duke. Hmmm, I'm looking forward to test ride the Xpulse 200 once it hits the local showroom. And if it doesn't tickle me in the right spots, I'll have worst possible seller's regret.

I guess I was a bit too late to share this.
On Saturday I decided to just open the front forks top cover.
To my surprise, I found that there was so much oil above the cartridge that there is no place for the fork to move easily.
After removing it, my bike feels soft as a feather. There is good damping as well as this fork fluid is slightly heavy.
I can now go over potholes and speed bumps with ease.
                    Here is the video.
